Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:



Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and service. Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Assist in planning and coordinating company events, promotions, and customer engagement activities. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Support marketing and administrative tasks as needed. Utilize IT tools and systems for reporting, database updates, and communication tracking.

REQUIREMENTS:



Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Prior experience in

customer service

,

client relations

, or

event coordination

is an advantage. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Possess good IT knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
