Help monitor service progress and follow up with customers after vehicle servicing.
Assist in informing customers about promotions, service programs, and campaigns.
Maintain basic documentation and prepare simple customer feedback reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree students in
Business Administration, Automotive, or related fields
.
Minimum internship period: 3 months.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and willingness to learn.
Interest in the
automotive industry
