Job Description


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess diploma / degree in business related field.
  • Preferably candidates who has 1-2 years customer service experiences.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Extra bonus if you have working experience in real estate industry.
Scopes:
  • Main task is to maintain good rapport and relationship with all purchasers and agents
  • Ensure the sale gallery is always neat and tidy
Answering phone calls, enquiries from purchasers and agents * To assist in housing loan application and signing of Sale &
  • Purchase Agreement
  • To carry out market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports
  • To assist/advise customer on matters related to the purchase of property e.g Sale & Purchase Agreement, loan procedures and etc
  • Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior
Experience Required: Min 1 Year/s
