  • Managing after-sales services online. Reply to customers\' enquiries, provide solutions to the addressed problem and handle complaints.
  • Handle all customer enquiries according to company\'s standard procedures and guidelines.
  • Review and manage customers\' return & refund enquiries.
  • Assist on platform operations and editorials.
