We are looking for a

Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

to support both the

Sales

and

Service

departments. You will be responsible for customer communication, follow-up, appointment coordination, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Service Department

Conduct post-service follow-up calls Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback Assist customers with service appointments and reminders Update customers on vehicle status when required Monitor and support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance

Sales Department

Follow up with customer enquiries from WhatsApp, calls, and online leads Arrange test drive appointments and support the Sales team Assist customers with delivery updates and documentation follow-up Record customer information and maintain CRM system Conduct post-delivery calls to ensure customer satisfaction

General Duties

Maintain professional communication with customers at all times Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports Support Sales or Service events when needed

Job Requirements

SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field Good communication skills (English/Malay/Chinese is a bonus) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage Friendly personality and customer-oriented mindset Able to work Monday-Saturday (8:30am-5:00pm) Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM entry)
