Spolith Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about customer experience, communication, and relationship management. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our users and partners while supporting the company's growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing



As a Customer Relations Executive at Spolith Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels. You will work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Product, and Marketing to represent the voice of the customer and support continuous improvement.

1. Customer Communication & Support



Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via online platforms, messaging apps, email, and other channels. Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, feedback, and concerns. Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers and partners. Ensure customer issues are properly recorded, tracked, and followed up until resolution.

2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management



Understand customer needs, expectations, and pain points across different markets and regions. Proactively engage customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, providing effective solutions. Support onboarding and guidance for new users to ensure smooth adoption of products or services.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Feedback



Work closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to communicate customer feedback and insights. Assist in identifying recurring issues and improving opportunities based on customer interactions. Support internal teams in testing new features, processes, or campaigns from a customer perspective. Help prepare simple reports or summaries on customer trends, issues, and satisfaction levels. Throughout the role, you will gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, develop strong communication skills, and grow within a fast-paced and international business environment.

Educational background open to all fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling customer issues. A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment. Willingness to relocate overseas for training, assignments, or future expansion opportunities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required
