Job Description


  • Minimum qualification passed in SPM English and Malay or higher qualification.
  • Candidate with Customer Service experience is added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in keyboard typing.
  • Computer Literate.
Responsibilities
  • Replies to customers through a variety of channels.
  • Resolves general and technical issue encountered by customers requirements.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\' problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
  • Enhance and improve current process.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.
