• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. (Candidates fluent in Mandarin required as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers)
• Proven experience in customer service and sales

• Respond to customer inquiries about our company\'s products via phone, email, or chat.

• Close the deal by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and providing pricing information.
• Handle customer complaints and issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.
