Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a well-established multinational company in the machinery and equipment manufacturing for processing wood, stone, and glass.Job summary:
Our respected client is seeking a senior CRM & Digital Prospection candidate responsible for leading digital efforts in
generating Sales Qualified Leads for Sales Machines/Lines and evaluating customer interest from Marketing Leads. Additionally, the role involves overseeing sales forecasting, ensuring the proper use of sales reports, maintaining CRM data quality, and providing sales process training and support.Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify customers\' target lists based on the criteria set by the Sales Director(s)
  • Lead proactively Digital Prospection Activities for Sales Machines/Lines to generate Sales Qualified Leads
  • Evaluate customer interest based on Marketing Lead inputs, to generate Sales Qualified Leads for Machines/Lines
  • Coordinate the sales forecasting activities to ensure accurate and timely predictions
  • Ensure the proper use of the standard sales reports, integrate reports, and analyse data related to customers\' KPIs and sales activity KPIs
  • Ensure the proper level of quality for CRM data based on the target set by the Sales Forecast & Excellence
  • Provide sales process training and support to the sales team to enhance their proficiency and efficiency
  • Assist the Sales Director with reports and records, ensuring accurate data registration into SalesForce, and providing guidance to Sales personnel for activity tracking.
  • Provide training and constant guidance to new sales personnel on the proper use of the Sales Tracking system (Salesforce) and ensure their proficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive sales analysis and support to enhance performance, including quarterly reviews, data support for the sales network, and ensuring data integrity through cross-checking and amendments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the accuracy of information used for strategy planning and lead generation campaigns.
  • Support the provision of data in the Marketing Cloud for specific customers according to campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance and Customer Care teams to ensure data synchronization and prevent duplication.
  • Maintain continuous alignment with the Customer Care and Finance teams to ensure data remains up to date.
  • Handle the process of attracting customer interest, focusing on activities that drive high conversion rates from initial contact to Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Evaluate customer interest based on marketing inputs and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for Sales Qualified Leads.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT or Economics, Mathematics or Finance
  • Required language(s): Fluent in written and spoken English, Proficiency in a second language
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in Lead Generation activities/ Salesforce CRM or other CRM/Sales tools systems. Customer service or Sales background would be an added advantage
  • Demonstrate the ability to generate Sales Qualified Leads through digital channels
  • Advanced knowledge of Access, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn new technologies and transfer the knowledge to other
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently depending on the situation
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (requires diplomacy, tactful, courteous and professional manner)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Experience in providing data analysis for sales reports
