Job Overview



We are looking for a highly motivated CRM Manager/Executive with proven expertise in Excel-based data management and analysis to drive customer relationship strategies and system optimization. This role will be responsible for managing CRM platforms, analyzing customer data, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with business insight to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability. Develop and execute CRM strategies to strengthen customer engagement. Create, manage, and monitor CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, digital platforms). Leverage advanced Google Drive and MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, dashboards, data visualization) to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights. Segment customer databases and develop targeted communication strategies to support company initiatives, campaigns, and overall customer engagement goals Prepare periodic reports and KPI dashboards for senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and experience. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy requirements.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in a CRM-focused role, preferably in a managerial or executive capacity. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, automation, and dashboard creation). Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Zoho is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and loyalty program design is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
