Scopes:Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities: * Provided excellent support to customer via all relevant communication channels i.e. email, WhatsApp\xe2\x80\x99s and call backs.
Attend to customer complaint by understand the details and track the issue in timely manner.
To follow through all open cases, ensure timely resolution and ensure customers are kept updated of the progress regularly.
Responsible to liaise and working closely with internal stakeholder to provide resolution back to customer within the expected timeframe.
Identifying, tracking and escalating consistent or recurring issue as required.
Able to provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
Assist in improving and monitoring procedures & processes to ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.
Attend to customer upon insurance policy renewals.
Demonstrate and provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.
