Job Description


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / IGCSE, STPM / A-Level, Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • Excellent organization skills, problem solving skills and communications skills.
  • Prefer candidates who are hardworking, a self-starter, and proactive in work.
  • Able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Canva is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese, as the role requires to deal with Mandarin customers.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • 5.5 day work
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to Sri Petaling.
Scopes:
  • Responsible for customer service, administration and the day-to-day operation of an education centre.
  • Liaise with new or existing parents via phone calls, whatsapp and emails.
  • Prepare paperwork eg, printing, sorting, filing etc.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
