Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service & Admin Executive to join our young and energetic real estate team.

You will be the key person in daily operations -- assisting tenants and owners, preparing tenancy documents, coordinating maintenance work, and ensuring smooth communication across the team.

Main Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from tenants and property owners
Prepare tenancy-related documents and simple administrative tasks
Coordinate maintenance and cleaning updates
Support agents and property team with daily follow-up
