Job Description
MohonKelayakanJob location : Kota Kemuning, Shah AlamWorking hour : 8.30-5.30pmLunch hour : 12.00-1.30pmPriority given to those that can converse in Mandarin and can start work immediately
- Diploma or above, business administration, hospitality, procurement or other related majors;
- Proficient in Mandarin or English;
- At least 1-2 years in customer service experience;
- Proficient in Office; good at numerical statistics and analysis.
- Responsible for after sales service related matter for subsidiary;
- Responsible for liaising contractor for internal and external matter;
- Responsible for registration and safekeeping of service car policy and maintenance updates;
- Responsible for the application and distribution of service team uniform and other related PPE;
- Follow up on customer feedback;
- Preparation on weekly data for Service Manager for weekly report and documentation;
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers and lead to the right personnel;
- Ability to take initiative to solve problem and ensure all service related matter is solved, being documented and follow procedures.
