Job Description
- Malaysian, able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin & Weekend.
- Fresh graduates or min. 6 months to 1 year of customers service experience.
- Able to work in shift hours.
- Listening to the customers\' needs and to update accordingly in RM system.
- Candidates with pleasing personality, good communication skills and persuasive skills.
- Excellent communication skills/ Able to communicate fluently over the phone.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills over the phone.
- Comfortable working in early-stage, cross-functional setups.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
