Job Description


  • Malaysian, able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin & Weekend.
  • Fresh graduates or min. 6 months to 1 year of customers service experience.
  • Able to work in shift hours.
  • Listening to the customers\' needs and to update accordingly in RM system.
  • Candidates with pleasing personality, good communication skills and persuasive skills.
Responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills/ Able to communicate fluently over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills over the phone.
  • Comfortable working in early-stage, cross-functional setups.
  • Excellent negotiations skills.
