Minimum SPM level and above or Fresh Graduates are welcome
Fluent in Traditional Mandarin (verbal, written and type)
Knowledge of English is an added advantage
Able to work independently with minimum supervisory
Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
Willing to work on 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per day)
Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
Preferable to start working on 31 July 2024

Handle daily inbound call, email and live chat
Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate channel
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied
Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
