Job Description

- Minimum SPM level or above
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in Mandarin (verbal, written and type)
- Knowledge of English is an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisory
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
- Willing to work at 7am - 11pm rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per day)
- Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
- Preferable to start working on 05 August 2024
- Handling daily customer interactions (e.g. inbound call, email and live chat)
- Handling customer support calls and following up on the complaints on customer\'s lodged issues frequently
- Clarify customer requirements; ask more question to understand the problem better, use SOP knowledge and resources to appropriately provide resolution
- Portray professionalism demeanor at all time to promote brand\'s value
- Handling multiple chat with multiple issue at the same time.
- Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services
- 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
- 1 month training with salary provided
