- Minimum SPM level or above
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisory
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
- Willing to work at 7am - 3am rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per day)
- Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
- Preferable to start working within 05 August 2024 - 12 August 2024
- Provide technical support to customers by phone, chat, and email
- Provide troubleshooting steps for the device and/or account of the customer
- Leverage knowledge and resources to assess needs, uncover errors (user error or platform bugs) and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
- 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
- 1 month training with salary provided
