Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our remote customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other platforms in a courteous and timely manner Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Escalate complex matters to relevant departments when necessary Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction Stay up to date with company offerings, processes, and system updates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
