In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll engage with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also provide essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesLive Chat Support:Engage with customers through live chat, offering real-time assistance and resolving inquiries.Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience.Email Correspondence:Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email promptly and professionally.Provide clear and accurate information to address customer queries effectively.Phone Support:Handle incoming calls, addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism.Resolve issues over the phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Customer Issue Resolution:Investigate and analyze customer problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.Product Knowledge:Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate information.Continuously enhance your product knowledge to assist customers better and contribute to product improvements.Documentation:Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.Generate reports to analyze customer trends and suggest improvements to products or services.We are looking forFresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in customer service, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus.Strong customer service and administrative skills.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in Mandarin and English.Proficiency in live chat platforms, email, and phone systems.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience.Basic understanding of e-commerce and our products/services.Required to be on Shift Rotation according to the business needs#LI-KA1Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
