RESPONSIBILITIES:
To handle all outbound calls for flight ticket information and other enquiries.
To exceed customers\' expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required language(s): Mandarin (must), English & Bahasa Malaysia
Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided
Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
Applicant must be willing to work at Ara Damansara
