We are looking for a Customer Service and Experience Centre Supervisor to join us as we strive to deliver world-class service to our customers. As a sales professional, knowledge of the sales process is crucial - prospecting, qualifying, selling, overcoming objections, closing the deal and follow up. We want somebody who matches our spirit and ambitions, and someone who will challenge us to constantly push our boundaries.

:

  • Plan, manage, and monitor daily operations.
  • Monitor the operation process and act as a decision maker in the event of any operational problems.
  • Motivating, managing, and leading the team to success.
  • Manage inventory and keep stock at an optimal level.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Assisting callers with troubleshooting, navigating the company website, or using products or services.
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions to de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
  • Achieve personal/team qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events, roadshows, and so on as needed.
  • Complete daily Customer Service and Experience Centre tasks.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of related experience, experience in the music retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Diploma/degree holder in any discipline.
  • Work with internal departments to understand client needs and implement necessary improvements.
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive product knowledge (music instruments).
  • Team leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working on weekends
