Job Description


Most of the work will be related to: 1. On-site and online registration of riders in a service mobile app, helping them solve work related issues; 2. Branding, offline promo campaigns and promo-codes activation; 3. Processing requests and feedback from customers (via phone / on-site / via live chat); 4. Service quality tracking. Working conditions & benefits:

  • Online introductory course (from 2 to 4 weeks max.);
  • 2500 MYR (net) per month, annual increase depending on your performance;
  • On-site work: comfortable office in Alor Setar, 5 day working week;
  • Probation period: 3 months;
  • EPF / SOCSO / EIS provided;
  • Possible career advancement.
Requirements & working experience:
  • Min. SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field;
  • Fluent English, knowledge of Mandarin is also required;
  • Sales / Marketing background;
  • Strong interpersonal & problem solving skills;
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment and towards specific targets.
