Job Description


Requirements and Responsibility :- - Candidates MUST possess at least SPM. - Engaging in all forms of customer service - Assisting customers with email, phone and whatsapp enquiries - Handling customer complaints - Maintaining good relationship with customers - SPM leavers are encourage to apply. - Ability to work independently. - Positive attitude and responsible character. - Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service. - Prior working experience will be an added advantage. - Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. - Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties. - To execute ad-hoc duties when required. Required Skill:- - Microsoft Excel & word. - Honest, disciplined, initiative, self-motivated, positive attitude - Able to work independently with minimum supervision. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Able to execute work according to instruction given.
