JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB SUMMARY:

Support Sales and Operation for Emerging Market

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Handle Sales order and shipment for Emerging market (such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia) and liaising closely with Distributors, Regulatory and Planner
• Liaising the shipments (export and import) with Distributors, Forwarder / Courier company and Abbott Distribution Center
• Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott policy and requirement
• Involving in S&OP review meetings
• Supporting stock count on regular basis as per SOP / WI

QUALIFICATIONS:

• SPM (O-Level) / A-Level / Certification / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Meticulous, able to work independently and a good team player
• Candidate with good learning agility
• Able to work in different time frame

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard procedures of Abbott
• Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott are executed
• Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
• Serve as back up in the absence of other team members
