:
To assist the operational outlet activities in the daily operation of the playground, ensuring their adherence to the requirements of the designated outlet Operational Plan.
Assist to support marketing activities, advertising and sales promotion, public relations, visual merchandising, and/or special marketing events, as appropriate.
Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes and address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
To support on administration and documentation.
Assist on party arrangement at the outlet/ others.
Assist as Customer Service/ front desk, attend customers/ etc.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Malaysian citizen
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relation, Management, or any Customer Service-related course.
Have at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service/Entertainment Industry
Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-task.
Excellent in organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills.
Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office.
Well equipped with the computer skills.
Strong team player, self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn.

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month (Will be negotiate based on work experiences, qualification, skills and knowledge)
