Job Description

We provide comprehensive stock software solutions and professional stock software course training, have served hundreds of customers, and have been highly praised by customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to assist our Customer Service Executive with daily tasks. This position requires you to possess excellent learning, communication, and problem-solving skills to perform at your best while assisting our members. :

  • Improve and organize customer information and ERP system operation.
  • Learn software installation and guide new members to install software.
  • Record live broadcast data of member classes.
  • Simple video editing skill.
  • Understand our products and services and be able to provide members with quick and accurate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Record customer opinions and suggestions on products and services.
  • Analyze how customers use products and services and provide feedback on data trends.
Job Requirements:
  • 5.5 working days.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing.
  • Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Experience in stock market is preferred.
