Job Description

Introduction: We are a company focusing on stock software analysis and software course learning, with a strong technical research and development team and an excellent sales team. We provide comprehensive stock software solutions and professional stock software course training, have served hundreds of customers, and have been highly praised by customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to assist our Customer Service Executive with daily tasks. This position requires you to possess excellent learning, communication, and problem-solving skills to perform at your best while assisting our members. :

  • Improve and organize customer information and ERP system operation.
  • Learn software installation and guide new members to install software.
  • Record live broadcast data of member classes.
  • Simple video editing skill.
  • Understand our products and services and be able to provide members with quick and accurate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Record customer opinions and suggestions on products and services.
  • Analyze how customers use products and services and provide feedback on data trends.
Job Requirements:
  • 5.5 working days.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing.
  • Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Experience in stock market is preferred.
