We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to assist our Customer Service Executive with daily tasks. This position requires you to possess excellent learning, communication, and problem-solving skills to perform at your best while assisting our members. : -Improve and organize customer information and ERP system operation. -Learn software installation and guide new members to install software. -Record live broadcast data of member classes. -Simple video editing skill. -Understand our products and services and be able to provide members with quick and accurate solutions in a fast-paced environment. -Record customer opinions and suggestions on products and services. -Analyze how customers use products and services and provide feedback on data trends. Job Requirements: -5.5 working days -Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing. -Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant fields. -At least 1 year of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. -Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. -Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. -Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software. -Experience in stock market is preferred.
