- To coordinate with customers and agents for shipment booking via air, sea, land delivery to local and oversea. - To prepare documents required for shipment. - To monitor the shipment delivery and readiness the shipment for delivery. - To solve customer complaints an maintain good relationship with customers. - Monitor the warehouse clerk job tasks. - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
