Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate customer service support activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle, follow up & attend to any customer\xe2\x80\x99s incoming call, mail or email enquiries & correspondence with customer \xe2\x80\xa2 All other day to day administration, coordination & service support for the division and any other task which will be assigned as and when required in order to meet Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle any ad-hoc duties which will be assigned from time to time \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare / compile report required by the Management Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma in customer services in logistics or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s): Ms Office & Computer literature \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess positive working attitude and able to perform multi-tasking \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to learn and committed to work \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in Prai \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport
