Job Description
Salary Offer : RM1,800 (Basic salary) + RM200 (Allowance - Attendance No MC and EL)
Contract duration: 3 months contract under PERSOLKELLY
Location: Kompleks Auto World, Jalan Perusahaan Juru Interchange, 13600, Perai, Penang
Working hours: 5 days a week * Monday - Saturday (M: 10am - 8pm) / (A: 11.30am - 9.30pm)
- Sunday (9.30am - 7.30pm)
- Public Holiday - Closed
- Perform basic cashier role such as processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers
- Provide front-line customer service to "Company" Business Owners (ABO) with professionalism and customer satisfaction-oriented
- Direct specific and complex enquiries to superiors
- File documents and provide basic clerical tasks
- Manage daily transactions and operations and special tasks assigned such as workshop registration and ABO meeting
- Responsible to keep retail, office and store neat and presentable at all times
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Customer service experience especially in retail shop environment will be an added advantage
