Job Description
- To attend to customer enquiries and complaints, item exchange, return and refund.
- Member\'s card application, renewal and replacement, points checking and reward redemption.
- To handle morning tea serving, opening ritual and closing greetings.
- To perform other related duties and job assignments within the department from time to time and as and when requires.
