Responsibilities
Greeting & attending to customers explaining the experience.
Ensure that customers are properly prepared in a timely manner.
Deliver an immersive and engaging hospitality experience.
Ensure all game rooms are prepped, tested and ready for gameplay.
Assist Managers with customer check-in as needed.
Make sure customers are properly set up for the game in a timely manner.
Pictures! Always offer to help capture the moment with customers whenever you can.
Maintain a safe environment and facilitate a safe experience for our customers and fellow team members - everyone appreciates feeling taken care of!
Engage and have fun, then engage again and have more our customers!
