Job Description


  • High work focus, strong sense of responsibility, good obedience, friendly and willing to work in a team.
  • Communication skills, learning ability and ability to work under pressure must meet a certain standard.
  • With Customer Service experience is added advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply too.
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts and able to accept rotational rest day schedule. Good attendance and punctuality are required.
Responsibilities
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\' problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
  • Enhance and improve current process.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.
