Job Responsibility Customer service: Reception, registration, administration of patients visit. Manage the reception counter by greeting, welcoming, answer customers inquiry. Answer, screen, and transfer incoming call/ email while provide basic dental information to customers. Daily appointment reminder Appointment scheduling Education patient post treatment care Complaint case handle Handling international communication Job Requirements Preferably Mandarin Speaker Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, English Full-Time position(s) available. Willing to work on Sunday. Job Benifits EPF SOCSO Good working environment.
