Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding telco products and services.
Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and general account support.
Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skills in English and [Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin/Tamil - if required].
Customer-oriented with patience and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage (but not mandatory).
