Handle inbound customer calls related to mobile, internet, and telco services.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot basic issues, and resolve customer enquiries.
Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
Update customer details and call records in the system.
Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle high call volumes.
