Manages daily customer service counter operations, ensuring it's always staffed, organized, and follows procedures. Handles customer inquiries, feedback, returns, and redemptions, while supporting promotions and loyalty programs. Works with other departments to meet store needs, maintains records, responds to emails, and ensures all policies and guidelines are followed.
