Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team and play a key role in
our recruitment services business. As a Client Service Associate, you will be
responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing
existing clients, and placing suitable candidates for job openings. You will work
closely with our sourcing team to identify and source top candidates, and with our clients to understand their hiring needs and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing clients.
2. Understand client requirements and job openings, and provide suitable
candidates to clients.
3. Source for candidates and work with sourcing team to provide suitable
candidates to clients.
4. Manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to closing the
placement.
5. Negotiate offers and contracts with candidates and clients.
6. Meet weekly sales targets and ensure continuous placements.
7. Participate in management meetings to provide insights on business growth
opportunities.
8. Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to recruitment
processes.9. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and provide excellent
customer service.
10. Gain commission and incentives based on meeting sales targets and
contributing to business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
• services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin
