Position Overview
To meet the rapidly growing service business in Malaysia, we are hiring highly motivated personnel to join our Water Quality Platform (Hach Malaysia) Service team as the Customer Service Coordinator. The position provides candidates an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Danaher Business System (DBS) and develop problem-solving and teamwork skills. We are looking for dedicated personnel with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in similar fields to grab the growth opportunities in this growing segment.

Purpose Of the Position
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service. This candidate will ensure that the team is compliant with the policies and procedures of the organization and offer consistency in service delivery. The ideal candidate is working with internal and external team to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s goal

Duties and responsibilities:

• Communicate with customer effectively thru phone and email.
• To proceed billing of completed jobs by field service associates.
• To contact customers and provide clarifications of jobs that cannot be completed as planned due to site dispute and the requirement of additional service materials.
• Ensure the return POD for revenue recognition.
• To assist in processing quotation, PO, DO and invoice.
• Make reversal of stock if jobs are unable to perform at site and maintain the database.

Skills & Competency Requirements -

• Minimum qualification: SPM
• Basic knowledge in using the computer systems, eg: CMS system, ACCPAC system, email, Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Written and verbal communication in English.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or business administration.
• Ability to work independently and good in problem solving
• Ability to multitask and have initiative at work.
