Responsibilities
Handling and monitoring VIP and MTA export shipment including Bill of Lading (BL) arrangement, payment method and related report for VIP accounts.
Dealing with oversea agents regarding 3rd country payment
Handling and monitoring container's demurrage and detention.
Monitoring credit control issues.
Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans
Monitoring debts are paid in a timely manner
Monitoring monthly processing deadlines are met requirement
Send out weekly client statements as may be agreed from time to time
Chasing overdue invoices by telephone & email within agreed timescales
