We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join us at Telok Gong, Port Klang office.

The role:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

  • This role is responsible for providing assistance in order fulfilment processes. He/she is also responsible to communicate with operation teams, forwarders and vendors and see orders to completion.
  • Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations
  • Manage appropriate mitigating actions / plans to manage lapses in delivery of logistics services
  • Perform billing process
  • Perform continuous improvement activities
  • Operate systems, technology and electronic tools deployed (e.g. Warehouse Management Service (WMS), etc.) Application
Qualifications

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): warehouse management service, operate systems, technology and electronic tools.
  • Preferably from FMCG industry
  • Good Excel management and good email communication.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
