Job Description

Responsibilities:

Process sales orders and co-ordinate operation to ensure that orders are delivered on time. Monitor and follow-up on outstanding orders (quantity contract) with customers. Manage customers' feedback, communicating them to relevant department/ personnel and follow-up closely to ensure that agreed action are taken and deadlines are met. Liaise with Planner to fulfill customers' needs. Responsible for inventory level of customers under their charge. Process purchase orders ensuring buying prices are correct Work with the sales team to meet desired stocking levels, inventory turnover days, absolute stocks provision and other management targets. Ensure all manual D/Os are updated into the system the following day. Co-ordinate export shipment Ensure proper billing for all completed deliveries within the targeted 2 days. Resolve any billing, documentation or sales credit problem speedily.

Requirements:

Perform any assignment given by superior as and when required. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage Part-Time position(s) available, to cover employee on maternity leave
