Working Hour
- 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) , (10am to 3pm) Saturday
Off Day - Sunday & Public Holiday
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
Greet customers and answer all customers' enquiries, what-apps and email
Generating and compiling of quotation and invoice to customer
Handling email for complaint case , daily task and follow-up liase with customer or our dealer
Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.
Handle inventory task for manage control of spare-part and packing return & receive
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Working Attendance for priority
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for customer service
Self-Discipline
Preferably with experience in Customer Service + Inventory industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
