Make sure that all Medical, APS & QS medical reports are completed and QC before sending to insurance company. \xc2\xb7
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Handle customer enquiries, emails and resolve problems.
To attend on any urgent request from clients regarding medical reports including email softcopy reports.
Coordinating workflow and ensuring all customer support functions are completed within the service turnaround time.
Assist in overall administrative duties.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in the related field (Health Administration/Biomedical/Medical/Business Administration)
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Previous work experience in customer service or administration in the medical/healthcare fields are an added advantage.
Have experience handling inbound and outbound calls
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service Executive or administration field
Preferably Junior Executive specialized.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
Must be target driven and able to hit KPI\'s given
Must be able to multitask.
One (1) working Saturday per month for compulsory training.
