Solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems involving third parties in the process
Resolves product or services problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Liase with business partners and customers at the same time; not limiting to calls, emails and live chat, within the same period requiring multi-tasking skill.
Upsell/ cross sell existing customers through various value added services
Log a report in the system for faulty products and arrange technician to attend
To assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirement:-
Able to converse and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Chinese Language is added advantage
Passionate in helping customers and solving their problems
Able to work under pressure on customer queries
