  • Solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems involving third parties in the process
  • Resolves product or services problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Liase with business partners and customers at the same time; not limiting to calls, emails and live chat, within the same period requiring multi-tasking skill.
  • Upsell/ cross sell existing customers through various value added services
  • Log a report in the system for faulty products and arrange technician to attend
  • To assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirement:-
  • Able to converse and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Chinese Language is added advantage
  • Passionate in helping customers and solving their problems
  • Able to work under pressure on customer queries
  • Positive Attitude
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
