Job Description

1. Education & Experience



Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or shipping/logistics (depending on seniority). Experience in import/export documentation, freight forwarding, or warehouse coordination is an advantage.
Salary will commensurate with years of experience, qualification, skills and knowledge.

2. Skills & Competencies



Customer Service Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

Shipping & Logistics Skills



Knowledge of shipping procedures, incoterms, and documentation (invoice, packing list, DO, bill of lading, etc.). Familiar with courier and freight booking, tracking shipments, and coordinating with transporters and forwarders. Understanding of customs clearance processes and import/export regulations (depending on region).

Administrative & Technical Skills



Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

3. Personal Attributes



Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Team player with a positive attitude. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good time management and prioritization skills.

4. Key Responsibilities (for context)



Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations. Coordinate with warehouse/shipping teams for order fulfilment. Prepare and verify shipping documentation. Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents. Track shipments and update customers on delivery status. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications. Support sales and logistics departments as needed.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
