Deliver customer service in line with contractual KPIs.
Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
Communicate with customers in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products/services.
Prepare accurate documentation and update account notes as required.
Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
Promote additional products or services when appropriate.
Track and update customer interactions in the system.
Refer to knowledge bases or senior staff for complex inquiries.
Requirements
Minimum: High school diploma / SPM with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills (both written & verbal).
Able to communicate in English and native language.
Good computer literacy: navigation, typing, and internet skills.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Patient, professional, and adaptable to change.
Able to work in rotating shifts.
Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
