  • Handle customer service and provide first level of support, via email and call ( verification only) .
  • Understanding customer\xe2\x80\x99s need and provide them with the most suitable solution.
  • Complete targeted amount of email to meet with KPI.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Proactive, committed and self-motivated
  • Positive team player who is also able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
Working hours:Monday to Friday , 9-6pm.PH follow SG PH. Salary- RM2500 We can start with 2 staff to be able to commence together on the same day first at least. Do refer us any suitable candidates , also note that this is under Connect Centre Sdn Bhd. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
